Skills Required for the LCSW Opportunity:
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon or eligible to obtain
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
- Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in the field
