Job Description
* 13 weeks, 8/7/17 start
* day shift, 32 hours/wk guaranteed
* COTA must have at least 2 years of previous experience
* COTA, BLS, ASHA, CHT, and ACP are required
* Will assist Rehab Department with inpatient, outpatient, and school treatment
