Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Southern Oregon
A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team.
This role offers a mix of adult-focused care with opportunities to expand into pediatric and specialty areas in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Provide individualized therapy for primarily adult patient populations
- Perform assessments including FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)
- Deliver treatments with ~8 patients per day (45-minute sessions)
- Document care using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Occasional weekend coverage and regional floating as needed
Qualifications
- Oregon SLP License required
- Minimum 2 years of SLP experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience in NICU, pediatrics, or developmental evaluations preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Schedule
- $39. – $54./hour (based on experience)
- Full-time: 5x8s or 4x10s (flexible scheduling)
- Additional shift differentials: evenings, nights, weekends
