Child and Family Outpatient Clinician/Social Worker needed in Vermont!
This is a full-time, permanent position.
This position is with a fantastic Medical Center located 1.5 Hours south of Burlington, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker that has experience working with children to join a patient-centered organization.
The Outpatient Services program offers evidence-based interventions for children experiencing mental health, behavioral, and/or emotional barriers. Clinical services are tailored at evaluation with a strong focus on family and person-centered choice. Services can be provided in youth and family-friendly environments.
Services Provided: Assessment, individual, family, and group psychotherapy; Case management, (i.e. service planning and coordination, community support); Psychiatric services (evaluation, medication management, and consultation); Parenting education, support, and skills building.
Job Qualifications
- Masters in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or similar required. (Currently, some in-person work required, most work conducted via telehealth/remote)
- State of VT licensed or working towards licensure
- Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5pm (variable/flexible)
