Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Needed in NH
Responsibilities and details:
- Address social, emotional and financial issues, adjustments, and complications of illness resulting in barriers to treatment, risk to patient health / safety, and obstacles to continuing care
- Provide assessment, counseling, information, referrals, and advocacy services
- Provide other resource assistance to patients either directly or through consultation
- 2+ years experience required
This role is with a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that offers Medical, Surgical and Intensive Care services. They also have a variety of outpatient services that include the ED, Oncology, Rehab, a fully equipped laboratory and more! They are located just outside of the White Mountain National Forest.
