Job Description
We are working with an outstanding client near Powell, WY, who is looking for a Social Worker/LCSW for the Outpatient Setting. A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are required.

Responsibilities of the LCSW:
- Counseling
- Identification of interventions
- Gathering data, identifying social/emotional needs
- Develop plans of care and support patient rights and advance directives
- Act as a liaison for patients, care coordination, and collaborating with external agencies
Requirements for LCSW:
· A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are required.
