Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Outpatient Counseling Practice in Washington, D.C.

An outpatient counseling practice is seeking a LCSW for locum tenens coverage.
Washington, D.C. offers an abundance of attractions for visitors. You can explore iconic landmarks like the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and the Lincoln Memorial, or immerse yourself in history at the Smithsonian museums, which cover a wide range of topics from natural history to aerospace.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40-hours a week onsite. The clinician should demonstrate leadership in both administrative and clinical skills that lead to acceptable/expected levels of productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of team members in expecting and providing excellent care to clients. The clinician will work in coordination with management and clinical staff to ensure coverage of services, supervision, and crisis support across teams and programs. The clinician will attend DBH meetings, and stakeholder meetings; and facilitate family team meetings as needed. The clinician will train staff and manage, coordinate, evaluate, and supervise all operations within assigned clinical staff and treatment services. The clinician will provide direct services such as a complete comprehensive assessment for the new intake in emergencies and so on.
