Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Night Shift | Full-Time | Southern Oregon

A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join a high-acuity hospital team. This is a great opportunity for both new grads and experienced RTs to work across ICU, ER, and medical floors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including breathing treatments and secretion management
• Manage non-invasive and invasive ventilation
• Assist with intubations and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Perform EKGs and critical care monitoring
• Care for patients across multiple units including ICU, ER, and med/surg
• Document care using Epic EMR

Qualifications

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT required
• Oregon state license required
• BLS certification required
• New grads welcome; 1+ year experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Schedule

• RCP I: start at $36
• RCP II: start at $39.
• RCP III: start at $43
• 12-hour night shifts | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Relocation assistance available
