RRT Respiratory Supervisor (SNF)

Currently looking for a Supervisor Respiratory Therapist (RRT only) to fill an opening with a SNF setting located around the Bridgewater, VT area. Interested candidates should have at least five (5) years of clinical experience as a RRT and prefer one (1) of supervisor/lead experience. Applicants should also have an active, or pending, Vermont Respiratory Therapist license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Requirements of the Supervisor Respiratory Therapist

• Graduate of Respiratory Care program as a RRT
• Five (5) years of clinical experience as an RRT, and prefer one (1) year of Respiratory Care supervisor/lead experience.
• Active, or pending, Vermont Respiratory Therapist license
• Day Shift: 2 - 12 hour shifts, and 2 - 8 hour shifts
• SNF setting
• Competitive Salary

Responsibilities of the Supervisor Respiratory Therapist

• Provide respiratory therapy modalities per facilities’ protocol
• Patient population includes both pediatric and adult patients
• Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
• Work with other Supervisor for the overall success of the Respiratory Team
• Be comfortable and competent to create and adjust therapist scheduling
