Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist
- Making sure equipment is operational prior to performing patient procedures
- Responsible for cleaning and stocking rooms after every exam.
- Assists physician with imaging during diagnosis and treatment of cardiac cath lab patients of diverse ages.
Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist
- Prefer at least one year of experience in Cardiology/Catheterization Lab.
- Registered ARRT
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist RCIS required.
- BLS
