Highlights about the Position:

• Perform MRI scans on patients using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions to obtain the required images.
• Adjust imaging parameters to achieve optimal image quality.
• Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
• Evaluate images for quality and clarity, and identify any necessary re-scans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate scan results.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control checks.

Skills Required:

• Must hold current ARRT registration as an MRI Technologist.
• Should possess a deep understanding of MRI imaging techniques, protocols, and procedures, as well as proficiency in operating advanced MRI equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Additionally, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are paramount for success in this role.
