Responsibilities of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging:

• Reports to the Chief Operating Officer
• Supervises CT Scanning, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiology, Radiology-Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Vascular, Women’s Diagnostic Service
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-entity health system.
• Ability to facilitate project management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
• Familiarity with JCAHO, NYSDOH, and other related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), analytical, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel, and power point.

Requirements of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging:

• Minimum: BS Degree required
• Preferred: Masters in Business or related field
• License: NYS Radiologic Technologist or other relevant clinical license
