Our client located in the Fort Worth, TX area is seeking a Radiology & Imaging Manager to join their leadership team. The ideal individual has their associate degree, five (5) years of recent experience within the field, ARRT(R) certified, and can start within 30 days.

The Radiology & Imaging Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director with management, planning, and process improvement within Radiology services. This leadership position involves staff supervision, policy development, and acting as Radiology Director when required.

Job Responsibilities of the Radiology & Imaging Manager:

• Manage and train radiologic technologists.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of staff.
• Conduct patient examinations as needed.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Lead quality assurance tests on radiology equipment.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff.
• Plan and maintain efficient work processes for imaging services.
• Resolve patient complaints and modify staffing patterns to ensure optimal coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development.
• Facilitate staff meetings, ensuring adherence to the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
• Set and monitor staff goals, reflecting outcomes in performance evaluations.
• Promote employee participation in surveys and implement improvement plans.
