Physical Therapist - Pediatric (PT) – Full-Time

Location: San Antonio, Texas

A leading healthcare system in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, helping individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function. Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Assist with student supervision, department operations, and performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
