Job Description
Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Full-Time | Southern Oregon
A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team.
Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and a patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
- Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based techniques
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
- Document in Epic EMR and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain efficient workflow with 1-hour patient visits
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Oregon or Compact License required)
- BLS (AHA) required
- Outpatient experience required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Compensation & Schedule
- $45 – $62/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or call
- Relocation assistance available
