Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time, Days (Northeast Wyoming)

Job Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans that promote healing and restore function. Daily responsibilities include:
- Implementing prescribed therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of modalities.
- Monitoring patient progress, documenting treatment sessions, and reporting updates to the supervising therapist.
- Assisting patients in adapting to physical limitations and achieving functional goals.
- Supporting program development, departmental goals, and safe clinical practices.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant care environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active PTA license in Wyoming (or eligible for licensure).
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work as part of a collaborative care team.
