Interested candidates should be have at least an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant with a passion to work within an acute/outpatient setting. Interested candidate should also have a valid COTA license and willing, or eligible, to obtain an TN license. Very competitive compensation package with $7,500 sign-on bonus with 2+ years of experience!

Responsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

• Examining new clients and, with the supervision of an occupational therapist, develop a plan of care.
• The role of the COTA extends beyond helping patients to move their bodies, it also involves encouraging and motivating them to live fit and healthy even after treatment.
• Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.

Requirements of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

• The Hospital setting is open to New graduates from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) program
• Active Tennessee COTA license
• Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity
• Passionate about the Outpatient/Acute Setting
• Day shifts; Monday - Friday
