Physical Therapist – Inpatient Acute | Full-Time | Southern Oregon
A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Inpatient Physical Therapist to join a dynamic acute care team. Work across diverse patient populations including ICU, CVICU, med/surg, and oncology in a collaborative, team-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PT evaluations and develop treatment plans in an acute care setting
- Treat patients focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
- Provide DME evaluation and training (walkers, lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Make discharge recommendations and collaborate with care teams
- Document in Epic EMR
- Manage a typical caseload of 7–8 patients per shift
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Oregon license required)
- New grads welcome; 1+ year acute care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability across patient populations
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation & Schedule
- $45 – $62/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1 weekend per month required
