Job Description

Our client located near College Station, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing rehab team! Will provide care to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education and discharge planning to maximize the patient's functional level. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a sign-on bonus, CEU reimbursement, relocation assistance, 1:1 treatment, and a flexible 40-hour work week. The ideal provider has at least six (6) months of experience working in an outpatient setting.

Ideal Physical Therapist (PT) Candidate:

  • Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • BLS Certified.
  • Minimum of six months experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Your Role as a Physical Therapist (PT):

  • Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, adapting therapy programs and goals as needed.
  • Ensure thorough, concise clinical documentation and accurate charge entries.
  • Stay informed about reimbursement dynamics related to the practice setting.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and the medical care team.
  • Educate patients, their families, and staff members.
  • Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
  • Continuously advance your clinical skills through education and embracing evidence-based practices.
  • Share knowledge to enhance the clinical skills of colleagues.
  • Adhere to all organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines.
  • Align personal and professional goals with the broader goals of the healthcare system.
