RHIT or RHIA with 5+ years of medical records management in the hospital setting. 2+ years of supervisory/managerial experience. Job Knowledge for the Coding Assistant Director

• Inpatient Coding experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting
• Outpatient and Professional Fee Coding experience
• Coding Audit experience a plus
• Extensive working knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT
• Working knowledge of 3M-360 or similar platform
• Five (5) years coding experience
• Coding certifications: CCS and either RHIT or RHIA
• Certification in Epic Coding preferred
