Job Responsibilities:
As an EMT or Paramedic, you will provide essential imaging services that support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Assess a patient’s conditions and provide initial treatment to the level of their scope of practice.
- Assisting healthcare professionals by monitoring vital signs, providing care, and performing skills to their scope of practice.
- Relaying important medical information about patients to medical staff in the pre-hospital setting and upon arrival to Emergency Department.
- Charting of the assessments and treatments in the appropriate patient care records.
- Is responsible for adhering to standards of ethics recognized by the Office of Emergency Medical Services,
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:
- Current Wyoming EMT-Paramedic license required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and PHTLS Health care Provider within three months of hire.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
- Must meet current facility age requirement to drive a specially equipped emergency vehicle to specific location.
- Current Wyoming Driver's License.
