Job Description
Occupational Therapist – Home Health
Seeking a candidate to provide and direct Occupational services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Will function under physician orders; Adhere to applicable principles & practices of speech therapy; follow all departmental policies & procedures and state regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current certification with National Board for Certification in and/or American OT Association (AOTA)
- Prefer minimum of one year experience in dealing with patients of all ages with physical disabilities
- BLS certification required
- Must have an ease in relating well with patients, their families, and health professionals
Ability to function independently in to include sound judgment in decision making
