An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Occupational Therapist – Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to join a brand-new cancer center in the Bonita Springs area. As part of a large, nationally recognized healthcare system, you’ll play a key role in delivering advanced cancer rehabilitation services while shaping programs in a state-of-the-art environment. Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide specialized lymphedema management, including manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, and patient education.
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, physical therapists, nurses, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team.
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
  • Contribute to program development and best practices as part of a new center launch.
  • Ensure documentation and care delivery align with professional, regulatory, and departmental standards.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Florida Occupational Therapy License.
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential required.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema management, or a related clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach.
