An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Occupational Therapist – Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to join a brand-new cancer center in the Bonita Springs area. Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide specialized lymphedema management, including manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, and patient education.
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with oncologists, physical therapists, nurses, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Contribute to program development and best practices as part of a new center launch.
- Ensure documentation and care delivery align with professional, regulatory, and departmental standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Florida Occupational Therapy License.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema management, or a related clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach.
