Our client located in Southern Oregon is recruiting an Occupational Medicine Physician to join their team. This will be an employed Position. You will act as a liaison for the community, supporting and advocating for the importance of safe practices and healthy choices in the workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of treating workman’s’ comp claims, and a strong ability to balance the needs of patients, the employers, and insurance carriers.

This community is conveniently located in Southern Oregon.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Medicine Physician

• Treating and managing Workman’s comp claims
• Managing patients for the duration of their workman’s comp claim
• Perform Department of Transportation Physicals in accordance with Federal guidelines and regulations
• Perform non DOT Physicals

Minimum Requirements of the Occupational Medicine Physician

• Oregon Medical license or eligible to obtain
• BE/BC in Occupational Medicine
• Maintain active certifications

Benefits

• Base salary in the 220K range
• Annual performance bonus of up to 16% of base starting in year two
• 50K sign-on bonus
• 30 days of PTO per year
