Our client located in Southern Oregon is recruiting an Occupational Medicine Physician to join their team. This will be an employed Position. You will act as a liaison for the community, supporting and advocating for the importance of safe practices and healthy choices in the workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of treating workman’s’ comp claims, and a strong ability to balance the needs of patients, the employers, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Medicine Physician
- Treating and managing Workman’s comp claims
- Managing patients for the duration of their workman’s comp claim
- Perform Department of Transportation Physicals in accordance with Federal guidelines and regulations
- Perform non DOT Physicals
Minimum Requirements of the Occupational Medicine Physician
- Oregon Medical license or eligible to obtain
- BE/BC in Occupational Medicine
- Maintain active certifications
Benefits
- Base salary in the 220K range
- Annual performance bonus of up to 16% of base starting in year two
- 50K sign-on bonus
- 30 days of PTO per year
