Our client on the beautiful west coast of Florida is seeking a full-time permanent Medical Technologists (MT) Generalists. All Shifts are available. Position offers a $10k sign-on bonus for the ideal candidate with 2 years' of experience, 3 year commitment and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Florida Medical Technologist License required.

Responsibilities of Medical Technologist
- Performs clinical lab testing in an efficient and timely manner
- Performs moderate and high complexity tests
- Will complete equipment maintenance and QC/QM procedures
- Will exhibit organization and ability to prioritize to meet demands
- Always exhibiting effective communication, good customer service and professional teamwork
Requirements of the Medical Technologist
- Knowledge and skill in all areas
- Bachelor's in a related field
- Successful completion of CLT program
- Florida Med Tech License required
