Qualified Candidates must have 4+ years of Supervisory experience in a high complexity lab, ASCP/AMT certification, and an AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science. Responsibilities of the Medical Lab Director (MT) (MLT) (MLS) (CLS)
- Works in cooperation with the Laboratory Medical Director to provide essential Clinical Laboratory Services
- Assures the staffing and provision of safe and competent Laboratory Services
- In a fiscally responsible way, monitors equipment purchasing, maintenance, and implementation of Laboratory Services
Requirements of the Medical Lab Director (MT) (MLT) (MLS) (CLS)
- 4+ years of supervisory experience/training in high complexity laboratory
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
