- Direct responsibility over anatomic pathology including histology, cytology, autopsy, pathology, and flow cytometry. Works with Lab management team to assure all areas of the lab are managed appropriately. Develops long and short-range plans for strategic business growth and expansion.
- 5 years experience in relevant clinical lab settings.
- BS degree in biological sciences. MBA preferred
- Histotechnologist or specialist cytology thru ASCP preferred
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of laboratory operations, skilled team leader facilitator, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Knowledgeable in preparing and maintaining budgets. Knowledge of OSHA, CDC, FDA, CAP, and CLIA regulations as they apply to Laboratory Medicine.
