Our client located in the heart of New York City is seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to join their leadership team in their automated Lab. Enjoy a full-time permanent placement opportunity that offers a day shift with competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities of the Laboratory Operations Manager
- Manage and Supervise clinical operations of this automated Lab
- Develop, plan and implement Department policies and procedures
- Ensure quality patient care
Requirements of the Laboratory Operations Manager
- Master's Degree preferred however will consider Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related Health Administration
- NYS License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Six years of previous Laboratory experience with 5 years of Management experience including regulatory aspects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
