Job Description: As a Lab Supervisor, you will be under the immediate supervision of the Laboratory Manager, and in conjunction with the Laboratory Director, supervises and coordinates laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains confidentiality
• Supervises daily laboratory operations to insure efficiency and timeliness in provision of patient results reporting
• Communicates daily with Laboratory Manager regarding the state of the laboratory, staff, etc.
• Can competently perform all duties assigned to Medical Technologist
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Must meet CLIA criteria for a high complexity laboratory technical supervisor requirements
• Possess before employment and maintain good standing in a national registry of ASCP (MT) or nationally recognized equivalent
• Maintain valid CPR certification
