Our client north of Bakersfield is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join their laboratory family. Qualified Candidates must have a California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Experience as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist is preferred. This position offers fantastic compensation in a location with a low cost-of-living! Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS/BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
