Skills Required for the Licensed Clinical Therapist Position:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Similar
• LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC BBS licensure in the state of California is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience providing mental health services to children and families
• Bilingual Clinicians (Spanish) are preferred
• Possess exceptional clinical skills and experience in providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual clients' needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
