Our client in the Charlotte metro area is search for a full-time Tissue Typing Specialist for their Immunology/Histocompatibility department. The ideal candidate with be certified through the ASCP or ABHI with 2+ years of histocompatibility experience. This is an immediate hire opportunity with one of the premier healthcare organizations in the region.

Responsibilities of the Histocompatibility Technologist:
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with the workload that comes with larger facilities
- Recognizes unusual results and difficulties while performing supervising or implementing procedures and makes required corrections.
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Tissue Typing Specialist Technologist:
- 2+ years of experience in histocompatibility.
- ASCP or ABHI certification
- BS degree in Medical Technology or related science.
