X-Ray/CT Technologist

Job Responsibilities

As an X-Ray/CT Technologist, you will provide essential imaging services that support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures with professionalism and compassion.
  • Operating CT imaging equipment (cross-training available for the right candidate).
  • Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning throughout all procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with physicians, radiologists, and the care team to deliver timely results.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation: weekday call one evening every four weeks; weekend call one weekend every four weeks.
  • Upholding all quality assurance, safety, and compliance standards.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education & Certification: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required. CT certification preferred but not required for cross-training candidates.
  • Experience: Prior X-ray experience required; CT experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, primarily 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with occasional 10:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts rotated among team members.
  • On-Call Rotation: Weekday call 8:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend call 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, each one in four rotations.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $5,000 with signed contract
  • Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
