Key Job Responsibilities for the Certified ARRT(R):

  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring readiness for patient evaluations.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals for optimal imaging results.
  • Position patients and equipment, providing clear procedure explanations and maintaining patient comfort.
  • Manage imaging data and controls, ensuring precision in scan sequences and image quality.
  • Monitor patient safety during examinations, adhering to radiation safety standards.
  • Produce and report high-quality diagnostic images, contributing to effective patient care and treatment planning.

Minimum Requirements for the Radiologic Technologist position:

  • ARRT(R) Certification.
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Eligible for or holder of a Texas MRT License.
  • Six (6) months of experience as an X-ray technician preferred.
  • Availability to start within 30 days and work 4-10 hour shifts.
