Key Job Responsibilities for the Certified ARRT(R):
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring readiness for patient evaluations.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals for optimal imaging results.
- Position patients and equipment, providing clear procedure explanations and maintaining patient comfort.
- Manage imaging data and controls, ensuring precision in scan sequences and image quality.
- Monitor patient safety during examinations, adhering to radiation safety standards.
- Produce and report high-quality diagnostic images, contributing to effective patient care and treatment planning.
Minimum Requirements for the Radiologic Technologist position:
- ARRT(R) Certification.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Eligible for or holder of a Texas MRT License.
- Six (6) months of experience as an X-ray technician preferred.
- Availability to start within 30 days and work 4-10 hour shifts.
