Ultrasonographer w/ Echo & Vascular Experience

We are working with a hospital in Southwest Virginia near Hillsville that is seeking a full-time permanent Ultrasound Technologist to join their Diagnostic Imaging team. Candidates should be experienced in General Ultrasound, OB/BYN, Echo, and Vascular.

This opportunity is open to both new graduates or experienced Ultrasonographers that are registered by either ARDMS or ARRT (Sonography) within 12 months of their hire date. This is a day-shift opportunity with call rotation.

Responsibilities for this Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer:

• Must demonstrate technical skills and expertise, verbal and written skills as well as good patient care
• Must be experienced in the treatment of and interacts effectively with patients of all ages including newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements for the Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer:

• Must hold ARDMS or ARRT certification or be eligible
• Associate's Degree Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• General, OB/GYN, Echo, and Vascular Experience
• BLS Certification
