Responsibilities of the Outside Laboratory Client Service Representative
- Will provide support to Outside Sales Reps
- Help to maintain existing Business with current Clients
- Will assist Clients to understand the full potential of the company's services
- Will act as a Liaison between the Client and internal operations and customer service
Requirements of the Outside Laboratory Client Service Representative
- HS diploma Required Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Valid Driver License without restrictions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of basic medical terminology
