Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or Human Services is required
• CADC II - required
• Prefer two years post-Master's degree supervisory experience preferably in a rural mental health center.

Essential Functions:

• Mentors, coaches, and counsels staff and documents and resolves any issues.
• Develops individual client assessments to highlight client strengths, limitations, and support needs.
• Develops an initial treatment plam with the clients based on the clinical assessment.
• Participates in the development and updates of policies and procedures of the clinic.
