The Clinical Supervisor is a combined direct practice and supervision role; the division of duties will be based on clinical and administrative needs and as assigned. In addition to duties assigned as a Counselor, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the Counselors and Care Coordinators in their assigned region; in addition, they will provide training of Counselors in conjunction with People Services. You will work in conjunction with the Center Manager and Medical Directors to increase leadership presence at all clinics in the assigned region. In addition, you will provide weekly clinical supervision and review/sign off on notes for licensure and as deemed appropriate in the EMR.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Addiction Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
  • Experience Supervising clinical staff and/or clinical team members, and familiarity with human resources processes.
  • KY Only - must meet Clinical Services Supervisor requirements as outlined in KAR 1-370 Section 10.
  • Current unrestricted licensure in the state of practice:
    • KY: LCSW, LCADC, LPCC, LMFT
  • This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.
