Our client located in Southern Pennsylvania is seeking a full time, permanent Director of Behavioral Health to join their growing mental health team. Responsibilities of the Director of Behavioral Health:

• Responsible for providing leadership, oversight and direction to the Behavioral Health Program through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating service activities and strategic initiatives.

• Leads the development and implementation of behavioral health initiatives and services.

• Works collaboratively with the Director of Medical Services and Director of Dental Services to ensure adequate availability of Integrated Behavioral Health Services to support integrated care throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements of the Director of Behavioral Health

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in behavioral health with no less than 2 years in a senior level position with supervisory responsibility or managerial experience in mental health or substance-use related field
• Experience in community health or public health clinic setting
• Experience working in an Integrated Behavioral Health model of care
• Experience working with electronic medical records
• Pennsylvania license or eligible to obtain as a PMHNP, LCSW, Ph. D, or Psy. D.
