Our client located in Southern Ohio is seeking a RN Behavioral Health Supervisor to work on a desirable 3rd shift. This is for the Child-Adolescent population in the psychiatric crisis department.
Our client located in Southern Ohio is seeking a RN Behavioral Health Supervisor to work on a desirable 3rd shift. This is for the Child-Adolescent population in the psychiatric crisis department.
Work in a brand-new 16-bed unit. Oversee 55 FTE's. They are offering a generous compensation package.
Job Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Supervisor:
- Provide day-to-day supervision including the coordination and delegation of work/assignments, staff coverage, and performance evaluations.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a behavioral health care team of clinicians.
Minimum Requirements for the Behavioral Health Supervisor:
- RN Licensure required
- BSN preferred
- 2+ years of clinical experience in the area of Behavioral Health
- Supervisory/Charge experience preferred
- Willing to work nights
