Job Description
This position is for PERM CANDIDATES ONLY. Requirements: Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technologist- ASCP certification preferred, but eligibility is okay Must be familiar with the following equipment: LIS- Meditech Magic Sysmex XN- hematology- differentials, body fluids Ortho Clinical 5600/ 350/ ECI Ortho Gel- blood bank- no antibody identification or antigen testing Microbiology- basic microbiology- gram stain and set ups Must be comfortable troubleshooting analyzer issues. Will be working some shifts alone so must be comfortable handling all areas as a generalist. Could be eligible to take weekend call shifts if living within 45 minutes of hospital. Evening shift 15:00-23:30 - 40 hours/ week Every third weekend
Evening shift 15:00-22:30- 40 hrs a week, every 3rd weekend.
