Hello,
Continuum Medical Staffing has a locum/travel opportunity.
START DATE not needed prior to August 2017; will not consider any earlier timeframe. Monday - Friday (no weekends, no on-call), day shift, but with at least 1-2 days/week working until 7p. SLP will cover both an adult and pediatric caseload. Majority of time will be spent in Zanesville, Ohio at either the Center for Occupational & Outpatient Rehab or the Genesis Pediatric Rehab Center. Depending on caseload, however, SLP may see patients once/week in Somerset, Ohio (20 miles outside Zanesville). EMR experience required, preferably with Epic. Active Ohio license and CCC required. Active BLS required. SLP must have at least two years of outpatient SLP experience. We will provide your malpractice insurance, lodging and travel. Please contact me for more information.
