Job Description

Continuum Medical Staffing has a travel opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity starts 9/18/2017 for 13 weeks. Minimum guarantee of 36 hours per week.

Education Requirements • Master’s Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university Experience Requirements • Inpatient and Outpatient Pediatric experience. School experience will not be considered. Certification/License/Registry Requirements • AZ Department of Health Services license (must be obtained prior to start date) • AZ Department of public safety fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date) • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association • ASHA certification. 2 years or experience or more.
Malpractice insurance, lodging and travel provided.
2 years or more experience, Clean AZ license required
