(Archived) Physical Therapist - Travel/Locums
Job Description
Continuum Medical Staffing has a 13 week travel opportunity in Yakima, WA. This opportunity starts 5/15/17.
Travel to patient residences. All age groups. Assist patients with in home physical therapy skills and functions. Must be able to work with EMR system for progress notes (Soarian) and their medication system (uses scanners for patient and drug verification) is MAK. Will also do some paper charting.
Experience, Licensures and Certifications
WA State license. Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, home health experience is preferred. CPR/BLS required.
Schedule requirements
8 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. no weekends.
See 4 to 6 patients a day in the home.
Dress Code: Work casusal.
Orientation:Orientation to EMR, billing and charting, policies and procedures specific to this job. Orientation can take 1 to 2 weeks. PT is not sent out to treat on their own until cleared by a staff PT.
Active WA state license
Active BLS certification
Min 2 years recent PT experience
Clean driving history with an active driver's license in good standing.
2 years or more of experience
