Job Description
* 13 weeks, 5/8/17 start
* M-F, 8a-4:30p + every 4th or 6th Saturday, 40 hours/wk guaranteed
* OT must have at least 2 years of previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
* Licensed OT in New York and BLS/BCLS are required
