Job Description
13 weeks, ASAP start
* Variable day shifts, depending on case load, M-F, 36 hours/wk guaranteed, but caseload expects 40 hours/wk
* COTA must have at least 1 year of previous experience- prior Home Health experience is a plus, but not required
* BLS and ASHA required
* Candidate will cover home visits in Santa Clara county, including San Jose
