Full-time Occupational Therapist needed at a top facility!
Join a great community in an IDEAL location - 1 hour from Yosemite, 2 hours from Sacramento and San Francisco, 4 hours from Los Angeles
*full time position at the hospital primarily providing inpatient care, but flexible enough to provide coverage to outpatient department as the caseload allows and for relief coverage*
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides on-going evaluation, treatment, planning and direct or consultative therapist services to patients including assessment and patient teaching under the scope of practice as an Occupational Therapist. Patients include, but not limited to pediatrics, adolescent, adults, and geriatrics.
Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a current Occupational Therapy license with the American Occupational Therapy Association or a California Board of Occupational Therapy license.
- Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Demonstrated knowledge in occupational therapy principles of assessment, treatment delivery and general management of acute, inpatient and outpatient therapy.
