* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 40 hours per week guaranteed
* COTA must have at least 1 year of previous experience and previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
* Must be willing to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility in order to obtain 40 hours per week
