Job Description
Occupational Therapist will work in an outpatient clinic setting. Provider is responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering therapy modalities of treatment in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Will assist patients in reaching their maximum level of performance and function while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
Shift : 8 hour day shift
Requirements:
• Current license AZ or Compact State license
• OT Certification
