Job Description
Full time Physician Recruiter needed at a great hospital system in Northwest Illinois
This position will be the point of contact for all recruiting of our Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants).
The person will help in developing the strategic plan for recruitment strategies and best practices for the hospital's future success.
Qualifications:
* BS in Human Resource Management (or related field) required
* 3 or more years of previous physician recruiting experience required
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Reports to the Chief Legal Officer
